Two MVS presses, fully automatic foaming head movement, sheet and panel handling systems, cutting station, stacking and packing.

4 panels of max. 13×1.2 per cycle, with cycles depending on panel thickness. For a thickness of 60,  1 cycle every 13 minutes.

Line composed by a panel layering press (1+1), temperature ramp control, panel handling, hot panel reinforcement profile handling and bonding.

One panel every 30 minutes, maximum dimensions: 13.8 x 3.1 m.
