How we work

The customer who buys a Manni system has already received an attentive service. Our way of working together with the customer is essential in defining the best technical solutions to implement. On purchasing one of our systems, the customer has therefore already shared with us a process of defining objectives, choosing solutions and implementing a project. Our fundamental principles thus are:

  • sharing the customer’s goals
  • utmost attention to the final user
  • custom oriented solutions


There are a variety of ways in which we provide after-sales support, aimed not only at solving issues, but also at developing complementary solutions to the supplied system and at defining possible improvements in response to new customer requirements. As part of this service, we provide telephone assistance, on-site intervention, remote connection (for certain systems) and more.
