The 1+1 system is one of our company's trademarks. Developed since the end of the 70s, it is made up of a fixed structure with an upper heating surface and two trolleys, always heated and self-propelled.

The preparation of the panels on thermostatic surfaces allows to pre-heat the external supports of the panels and therefore obtain the best conditions for the correct filling of the cavity.
The other fundamental prerogative of the system is the ability to reduce unproductive times to a minimum: thanks to the two motorized and independent planes it is in fact possible to keep one inside the press for the polymerization of the panel while on the second, which is located outside , the operators can proceed with the preparation operations of the new pieces to be injected.
